- Monitor marketing and business partner teams for performance and target achievement
- Conduct market reviews and implement strategies to meet set targets
- Manage business processes, including SOP, both administratively and in the field
- Ensure quality and quantity of branch portfolios
- Manage team solidity and resolve internal conflicts based on company policies
Requirements
- Minimum D3 education
- Experience leading a team of 5-10 members
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (preferably Grameen-style institutions)
- Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to support the team in achieving targets
- Valid motor vehicle and driver's license
