Indonesia Salary Benchmark by Role & Seniority
Data as of · 90-day window – 2026-08-04
Median and monthly salary range (IDR) from listings that disclose pay, grouped by role and seniority. Only ~1 in 5 listings disclose salary, so this is a transparent subset — not the whole market.
Darker = higher median. Empty cell = fewer than 5 samples.

- Source: SejutaCita listings that disclose a salary range — the salary-transparent subset of our multi-source corpus, not the whole corpus. 90-day window. Current total sample: 1066.
- Privacy & cells: each (role × seniority) cell is shown only when it has at least 5 samples. Cells below that threshold are suppressed entirely.
- Role & seniority are derived from the job title (the source's own classification is unreliable). Medians use the salary-range midpoint.
- Default buckets: a title matching no role pattern falls into "Other", and a title carrying no seniority marker falls into "Mid". Both are defaults rather than classifications, which is why "Other" and "Mid" are the largest buckets. Compare within a cell, not across seniority levels.
- The published microdata is anonymized: no company name, no verbatim title (bucketed to a role category), date coarsened to month. Aggregate statistics — not republished listings.
