- Ensure quality and quantity of branch/point portfolios
- Manage team solidity and resolve internal conflicts based on company policies
Requirements
- Minimum D3 education
- 2+ years of experience leading a team
- Experience leading more than 5-10 team members
- 2+ years of experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (preferably Grameen-style financial institutions)
- Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to support team targets
- Valid motor vehicle and driver's license (SIM C)
