Lead a business team to achieve strategic goals and drive profitability. Monitor team performance, conduct market reviews, and manage business processes. Ensure quality and quantity of branch portfolios and resolve internal conflicts. Based in Kalimantan Selatan, Indonesia.

- Monitor marketing/business partner team performance and target achievement
- Conduct market reviews and implement strategies to meet set targets
- Manage business processes, including SOP administration and field operations
- Ensure quality and quantity of branch portfolios
- Manage team solidity and resolve internal conflicts based on company policies
Requirements
- Minimum D3 education
- 2+ years of experience leading teams
- Experience leading 5-10 team members
- 2+ years of experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (preferably Grameen-style institutions)
- Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to support the team in achieving targets
- Valid motor vehicle and driver's license
