Built by someone who already did this
A remote job board focused on USD-paying roles for Indonesian professionals.
Why this exists
Three things bother me about how Indonesians find international jobs:
- The boards are wrong. Local boards skip USD roles. Global boards include US-only roles. Nobody filters the intersection.
- The advice is generic. Career sites tell Indonesians to "polish your LinkedIn." They don't explain how Wise routes USD payroll into a BCA account or what "EOR contract" means on a Deel offer letter.
- The tools assume you live in San Francisco. Most application tools default to US timezones, US date formats, US-style resumes. We default to yours.
How a job gets on this site
- Ingested. Daily pull from Lever, Greenhouse, Workable, RemoteOK, We Work Remotely, Hacker News "Who is Hiring," and direct feeds employers send us.
- Filtered. Auto-removes single-country visa locks, MLM patterns, ghost listings older than 60 days, and broken apply links.
- Reviewed. Editorial pass for spam, "fake remote," and listings that quietly require US residency in the body.
- Translated. Bahasa Indonesia summary added — title and key requirements at a glance.
- Posted. Stable URL that survives even after the employer pulls the listing.
What this site is not
- Not a recruiter. I don't take a cut from employer hires. Job listings come from public feeds and direct partners; nobody pays for placement.
- Not a guarantee. No site can promise an offer letter. I can promise the listings are real and the apply links work.
- Not a coding bootcamp. Loker Dollar surfaces jobs and accelerates applications. The skills are still on you.
