API Terms of Service | Loker Dollar

These API Terms govern programmatic access to the Loker Dollar Jobs API (/api/v1/*) and MCP server (/api/mcp) via an API key. They supplement, and are read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By creating an API key or calling the API you agree to these terms.

Keys & access

An API key is a secret credential tied to your verified account. Keep it confidential; do not share, embed in a public client, or transmit it in a URL query string.
You are responsible for all usage under your keys. We may revoke a key, suspend access, or disable the API (in whole or for the apply endpoint) at any time to protect the platform, employers, or third-party sources.
Access tiers, rate limits, and apply-credit allotments are described on the developer page and may change.

Acceptable use

You may not:

bulk-export, scrape, mirror, or build a competing job database from the API, or redistribute/resell the job data;
use job data to train machine-learning models without our prior written permission;
exceed or circumvent rate limits, page-depth caps, or the per-account key limit (including by rotating keys or accounts);
submit fraudulent, spam, or low-quality applications, or apply on behalf of a person without their consent;
strip, alter, or hide the sponsored label or other disclosure fields in API responses.

Attribution & source rules

When you surface a listing to an end user, attribute it to Loker Dollar and link back to the job’s url.
Listings are aggregated from third-party sources. Some sources require the applicant to complete the application on the original site; for those, apply_to_job returns an applyUrlthat you must open rather than auto-submit. Respect each source’s terms of use.
Only basic fields are exposed via the API. AI-enriched data (summaries, scores, skills) is not licensed for API use.

Credits & billing

Applying requires a paid tier and spends one apply credit per call. Credits are prepaid, non-transferable, and non-refundable except where required by law or stated in our Payment & Refund Policy.
A failed or rejected application may still consume a credit when it was accepted into our queue or an apply URL was issued.

Versioning & deprecation

The current version is v1. We aim to give reasonable advance notice (typically 30 days) for breaking changes via the developer page and changelog. Additive changes (new fields, endpoints) may ship without notice; design your client to ignore unknown fields.

No guarantees

The API is provided “as is” without warranty. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, job accuracy, freshness, or that an application will be received or actioned by an employer. We are not liable for external job listings, hiring decisions, or third-party sites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Kunci & akses

Kunci API adalah kredensial rahasia yang terkait dengan akun terverifikasi Anda. Jaga kerahasiaannya; jangan dibagikan, ditanam di klien publik, atau dikirim di query string URL.
Anda bertanggung jawab atas semua penggunaan di bawah kunci Anda. Kami dapat mencabut kunci, menangguhkan akses, atau menonaktifkan API kapan saja untuk melindungi platform, pemberi kerja, atau sumber pihak ketiga.
Tier akses, limit, dan jatah kredit dijelaskan di halaman developer dan dapat berubah.

Penggunaan yang Dilarang

Anda tidak diperbolehkan:

mengekspor massal, scraping, menyalin, atau membangun basis data lowongan pesaing dari API, atau mendistribusikan ulang/menjual kembali data lowongan;
menggunakan data lowongan untuk melatih model machine-learning tanpa izin tertulis kami;
melampaui atau menghindari limit, batas kedalaman halaman, atau batas kunci per akun (termasuk dengan merotasi kunci/akun);
mengirim lamaran palsu, spam, atau berkualitas rendah, atau melamar atas nama seseorang tanpa persetujuannya;
menghapus, mengubah, atau menyembunyikan label sponsored atau field pengungkapan lain dalam respons API.

Atribusi & aturan sumber

Saat menampilkan lowongan ke pengguna akhir, beri atribusi ke Loker Dollar dan tautkan kembali ke url lowongan.
Lowongan diagregasi dari sumber pihak ketiga. Sebagian sumber mengharuskan pelamar menyelesaikan lamaran di situs asli; untuk itu, apply_to_job mengembalikan applyUrl yang harus Anda buka, bukan dikirim otomatis. Hormati ketentuan setiap sumber.
Hanya field dasar yang diekspos via API. Data hasil pengayaan AI (ringkasan, skor, skill) tidak dilisensikan untuk penggunaan API.

Kredit & tagihan

Melamar memerlukan tier berbayar dan memakai satu kredit per panggilan. Kredit dibayar di muka, tidak dapat dipindahtangankan, dan tidak dapat dikembalikan kecuali diwajibkan hukum atau dinyatakan dalam Kebijakan Pembayaran & Pengembalian Dana.
Lamaran yang gagal/ditolak tetap dapat memakai kredit jika sudah diterima ke antrean kami atau URL lamar telah diterbitkan.

Versi & penghentian

Versi saat ini adalah v1. Kami berupaya memberi pemberitahuan yang wajar (umumnya 30 hari) untuk perubahan yang memutus kompatibilitas melalui halaman developer dan changelog. Perubahan aditif (field/endpoint baru) dapat dirilis tanpa pemberitahuan; rancang klien Anda untuk mengabaikan field yang tidak dikenal.

Tanpa Jaminan

API disediakan “sebagaimana adanya” tanpa jaminan. Kami tidak menjamin uptime, ketersediaan, keakuratan/kesegaran lowongan, atau bahwa lamaran akan diterima atau ditindaklanjuti pemberi kerja. Kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas lowongan pihak ketiga, keputusan perekrutan, atau situs eksternal.

Hukum yang Berlaku

Ketentuan ini diatur oleh hukum Republik Indonesia.
