Loker Dollar uses AI in several user-facing and editorial features. This page explains which features use AI, what data may be processed, what we do not send as part of AI prompts, and how you can exercise your rights.

1. Where we use AI

  • Resume Builder — extract a structured resume from uploaded PDF/DOCX files, tailor a base resume to a specific job, and score ATS readiness.
  • Cover Letter Generator — produce a cover letter tailored to a specific job from your resume.
  • Job summaries & fit signals — generate the short summary, keyword tags, and Indonesia-fit score on ingested job listings.
  • Editorial content — automatically draft Indonesian blog posts from live job data; every post is reviewed by a human via GitHub PR before publishing.

2. AI service providers

We use third-party AI infrastructure providers to process AI requests. These providers may change over time based on availability, reliability, performance, cost, and data-protection requirements.

When you use an AI feature, the relevant prompt content may be sent to one or more approved providers solely to generate the requested output. We do not sell your prompt content, and we do not send account-management data such as your email address, IP address, or payment information as part of the AI prompt.

Each provider processes data according to its own terms and privacy commitments. We review providers before use and aim to limit the data sent to what is necessary for the requested feature.

We use technical and cost controls to prevent requests from being routed outside our approved provider and model configuration.

3. What we may send for AI processing

  • Resume text and structured fields you have entered.
  • The job title, company, and description for the job you choose.
  • Tone preference and template choice.
  • Generated drafts, summaries, scores, and related feature inputs.

4. What we do not send as part of AI prompts

  • Your email address.
  • Your IP address.
  • Payment information.
  • Other account-management data that is not needed for the AI feature.

Do not paste secrets, government ID numbers such as NIK / KTP / passport numbers, or third-party personal data into resume text. We strip sequences that look like 16-digit Indonesian IDs before prompting, but the safest control is to avoid including them in the first place.

5. Provider data retention

Some AI providers may retain prompts and outputs for security, diagnostics, abuse prevention, service improvement, or other purposes described in their terms. Where available, we prefer provider settings that reduce or disable training on customer prompt content.

By using AI features, you understand that prompt content may be processed by upstream AI infrastructure providers according to their applicable terms and privacy commitments.

6. Your rights

  • Delete any generated resume or cover letter from your dashboard at any time.
  • Export your data via the account export tool.
  • Opt out of having your full prompts logged for quality monitoring through account privacy settings, where available.
  • Disable AI features entirely — no AI feature is required to use Loker Dollar.

7. Accuracy warning

AI can produce plausible-sounding but incorrect facts. Always review your resume, cover letter, job summaries, and other generated content for accuracy before relying on them. We do not guarantee interview outcomes, hiring decisions, or that any specific wording will pass a particular ATS.

8. No automated decisions affecting your rights

Loker Dollar does not use AI to rank, score, or filter people for employers. AI acts only on documents and content you create or request. We do not share your AI-generated artefacts with employers unless you explicitly do so via a share link, download, or job application.

9. Disclosure to recruiters

We recommend disclosing AI assistance only if an employer, recruiter, platform, or application form explicitly asks. Regardless of disclosure, you are responsible for ensuring that your resume and cover letter are accurate and reflect your real experience.

10. Eligibility

AI features are available to users 18 years and older.

11. Updates & contact
