Lead and oversee a business team in Sulawesi Utara, focusing on operational efficiency, strategic goal-setting, and team performance improvement. Monitor team performance, conduct market reviews, and manage business processes to ensure quality and quantity targets are met. Collaborate with the team to develop sales and marketing strategies, and build a coaching culture to enhance team performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance and target achievements of the marketing/business partner team
- Conduct market reviews and implement strategies to achieve set targets
- Manage business processes, including SOP, both administratively and in the field
- Ensure the quality and quantity of branch/point portfolios
- Manage team solidity and resolve internal conflicts based on company regulations
Requirements
- Minimum D3 education
- Experience leading a team for at least 2 years
- Experience managing more than 5-10 team members
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (preferably Grameen-style financial institutions)
- Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to support the team in achieving targets
- Possession of a motor vehicle and SIM C
