Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain daily IT operations, including servers, networks, applications, storage, and other IT infrastructure to ensure system a
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for system issues, bugs, errors, and operational incidents
- Handle IT incidents, service requests, and operational issues in a timely manner, including escalation to the relevant technical teams when
- Perform routine system checks, maintenance, documentation, and shift handovers to ensure smooth 24/7 IT operations
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with 1–2 years of exper
- Good understanding of IT hardware, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/W
- Experience in first-level troubleshooting, incident diagnosis, ticket logging, tracking, resolution, and escalation using IT service managem
- Basic knowledge of ITIL, incident management, SLA management, and IT Service Desk processes is preferred
- Willing to work in a 24/7 rotating shift, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and comfortable working on-site in a data c
