- Monitor shipment status and control tower alerts including ETD, ETA, HBL, and NOA
- Track SKI & LS availability, PIB + EDI, duty + BC 1.1, delivery, and HMT
- Ensure FTA forms are available to secure duty reduction benefits
- Request and follow up on original documents such as invoices and packing lists
- Communicate actively with internal teams and external partners on import progress
- Navigate internal systems quickly and apply analytical thinking to import processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import, project import, or handling import documentation
- Computer literacy with strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Good English language skills
- Strong drive for self-learning and teamwork
- Good attitude with continuous improvement mindset
