Associate Business Consultant

We seek an Associate Business Consultant with a professional, approachable attitude who excels both independently and in a team. You should be resourceful, skilled in research, data analysis, process mapping, and have experience with system implementation and finance/accounting. A positive mindset, adaptability, and eagerness to tackle challenges are essential. Qualifications: - Min. 1 year experiences in related areas. - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or similar with min GPA 3.00 out of 4.00. - Preferably from a reputable university. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English is preferred. - Familiar with Microsoft Office. Job Descriptions: - Take responsibility support senior team in developing service for our clients. - A design thinking mindset including user research, functional requirements definition, business process analysis, business modelling. - Help our clients to solve their most critical business and technological challenges by providing oversight and directing project teams in research efforts and analytics to deliver innovative solutions. - Work closely with execution to mid level stakeholders as liaison to finalize project deliverables. - Support in the development of proposals, presentations and publications in response to market demands. - Deliver exceptional client service by maximizing results and driving high performance from people while fostering collaboration across businesses and geographies. - Experienced in both consulting projects or implementation experiences in transformation architecture. - Understanding specific industry trends and best practices.
