- Analyze financial information to identify data sources and processing methods
- Help develop and implement financial control procedures for clients
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes under supervision
- Identify complex accounting problems in workflows and suggest solutions
- Manage project documentation and maintain organized workpapers
- Interact with clients and team members during financial reporting cycles
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00/4.00
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Internship experience at accounting or consulting firms (preferred)
- Positive attitude toward challenges and willingness to learn in dynamic environments
