Drive the recruitment process from start to finish
As a Freelance Recruiter, you'll identify and attract top talent, conduct thorough interviews, and partner with clients to understand their hiring needs. You'll manage candidate pipelines and maintain effective communication throughout the process. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely.

Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a freelance capacity
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills being a plus
