Manage a microfinance branch team to hit targets and resolve conflicts
Oversee a microfinance branch team's performance, implement strategies to meet targets, and manage business processes and portfolios. Resolve internal conflicts based on company policies. Work involves field operations and administrative tasks.

- Monitor marketing/business partner team performance and target achievement
- Conduct market reviews and implement strategies to meet set targets
- Manage business processes and SOP both administratively and in the field
- Oversee branch/point portfolios for quality and quantity
- Manage team solidity and resolve internal conflicts based on company policies
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma education
- 2 years of experience as a Leader in Micro Finance (Grameen-style institutions preferred)
- Own a motorbike with an active SIM C
- Willingness to be stationed across all branches in West Java
- Not currently employed and available to join immediately
