Key Responsibilities
- Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, dan maintenance perangkat storage (SAN/NAS) dan sistem backup
- Merancang dan mengelola strategi backup & recovery
- Melakukan monitoring kapasitas, performa, dan kesehatan storage secara berkala
- Melakukan troubleshooting terhadap isu storage, replikasi data, dan proses backup/restore
- Melakukan uji coba disaster recovery (DR test) dan restore data secara berkala
- Melakukan capacity planning dan memberikan rekomendasi upgrade/optimasi storage
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang terkait
- Pengalaman minimal 2–4 tahun menangani sistem storage dan backup
- Berpengalaman dengan perangkat storage (Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE, Hitachi, IBM, atau setara)
- Berpengalaman dengan solusi backup (Veeam, Commvault, Veritas NetBackup, Acronis, atau setara)
- Memahami konsep SAN/NAS, RAID, replikasi data, dan protokol storage (iSCSI, Fibre Channel, NFS/SMB)
