Maintain hotel facilities and equipment to ensure safety and functionality
Perform daily engineering operations, preventive maintenance, and repairs to keep hotel facilities, equipment, and systems in good condition. Monitor utilities and coordinate with other departments to support smooth operations. Work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily engineering operations to ensure all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems are in good condition and safe to use
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and handle repairs based on work orders
- Maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back of house facilities to keep them in proper working condition
- Monitor and record the usage of utilities such as electricity, water, and gas
- Perform basic maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pumps, genset, and other equipment
- Follow safety procedures (K3) and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Requirements
- Minimum high school/vocational school in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field)
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building maintenance
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Have a good attitude, discipline, and strong responsibility
- Understand basic safety procedures (K3) and able to follow SOP
