Lead a HVAC team to install and maintain AC systems
Supervise and coordinate a team of HVAC technicians to ensure the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems meet quality standards, are safe, and are completed on time. You'll handle complex troubleshooting, manage tools and assets, and report progress to management.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate field activities, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance monitoring
- Ensure quality control throughout the installation, piping, vacuuming, wiring, and commissioning of AC systems
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues with commercial/residential AC systems
- Manage the availability and maintenance of tools and spare parts for the technical team
Requirements
- Minimum SMK Teknik Pendingin, D3, or S1 in Teknik Mesin/Elektro
- Comprehensive understanding of AC systems, including refrigeration principles, electrical controls, and installation of Split, Cassette, Flo
- Minimum 23 years of experience in handling commercial/residential AC systems, with at least 1 year in a Lead Technician/Supervisor role
- Valid SIM C and personal vehicle for mobility between projects and customer locations
- Strong leadership skills, discipline, and problem-solving orientation
