Facilitate Agile-Scrum implementation to improve team productivity
Guide and coach the engineering team in applying Agile-Scrum principles to enhance collaboration, productivity, and work output quality. Oversee workflows to identify bottlenecks and provide continuous improvement recommendations. Act as a liaison between the Product Owner, development team, and stakeholders. Monitor team performance indicators and provide data-driven insights for effective decision-making.

- 5 years of working experience in the same field

- Knowledge about product development
- Good communication skills, oral / written, to stakeholders and team
