Key Responsibilities
- Melakukan pengujian bahan baku dan bahan substitusi untuk memastikan spesifikasi dan kualitas
- Mendukung riset dan pengembangan produk adhesive baru
- Melakukan pengujian teknis terhadap produk jadi dan hasil produksi
- Mempelajari literatur dan tren inovasi produk untuk mendukung pengembangan produk baru
- Menyusun laporan hasil pengujian dan riset serta memberikan dukungan teknis kepada tim sales
Requirements
- Pendidikan S1 Kimia Murni atau Teknik Kimia
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di bidang R&D, laboratorium, atau quality control
- Memiliki ketertarikan pada riset, pengembangan produk, dan formulasi adhesive
