Key Responsibilities
- Menganalisis desain awal untuk menyusun BOQ dan RAP proyek resort
- Melakukan perhitungan volume detail untuk seluruh area resort
- Menyusun estimasi biaya investasi proyek yang realistis
- Menyusun dan mengemas dokumen acuan biaya serta budget baseline
- Memastikan tim lapangan memahami cost limit dan spesifikasi teknis
- Mengevaluasi alternatif material dan metode konstruksi untuk optimasi biaya
Requirements
- Pendidikan D3/S1 Teknik Sipil, Arsitektur, atau Quantity Surveying
- Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Estimator, QS, atau Cost Controller
- Mahir membaca gambar arsitektur, struktur, interior, serta MEP
- Sangat menguasai perhitungan Quantity Take-Off dan penyusunan RAP/BOQ
- Advanced Skill di MS Excel
