- Develop and maintain a network of BFI agents to recruit customers for financing needs
- Identify and recruit potential customers for both consumer and business financing needs
- Support agents in developing strategies to increase customer loyalty and productivity
Requirements
- Minimum D3 education in any field
- Own a personal vehicle with an active SIM A/C
- Preferred residence in Bandar Jaya and surrounding areas
- Discipline and good communication skills
- Enjoy fieldwork and ability to work both in teams and individually
