Develop and maintain a network of BFI agents and partners to achieve sales targets. Recruit and support agents in setting strategies to increase customer loyalty and productivity. Search for potential consumers for consumer and business loans with vehicle collateral.

Requirements
- Minimum D3 education in any field
- Own a personal vehicle with an active SIM A/C
- Professional appearance, discipline, and reliability
- Enjoy fieldwork
- Ability to work towards targets and in both teams and individually
- Good communication and negotiation skills
