Manage cross-border legal projects across LATAM, Europe, and the Middle East
Lead and manage complex, cross-border legal projects across LATAM, Europe, South Africa, and the Middle East. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts. Assess legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance. Work alongside legal and financial experts to support the business across a wide range of matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex, cross-border legal projects across LATAM, Europe, South Africa, and the Middle East, coordinating with external cou
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts and agreements across multiple jurisdictions
- Assess legal risks and develop mitigation strategies in close collaboration with senior management
- Monitor and ensure regulatory compliance across all operating markets
- Manage disputes and conflict resolution processes, advising internal stakeholders on exposure and strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in legal, ideally in international law firms/consulting
- M&A and/or dispute resolution experience
- Bachelor degree in law
- Master degree in law from a foreign university (LLM)
- Full professional proficiency in English
