Why This Role?
Anda akan bekerja di perusahaan lokal di Bandung dengan fokus pada pengelolaan proyek IT.
Key Responsibilities
- Komunikasi dengan klien mengenai administrasi proyek
- Pengurusan dokumen berita acara dan penagihan ke kantor klien
- Monitoring progress proyek untuk memastikan sesuai kontrak
- Menyiapkan dokumen administratif untuk penagihan
- Membuat surat keluar dan mengelola arsip kontrak
- Membantu dalam budgeting dan realisasi anggaran
Requirements
- Lulusan S1 Manajemen Informatika, Teknik Informatika, atau Sistem Informasi
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang IT PMO
- Menguasai Microsoft Word dan Excel
- Menguasai salah satu project management software (misal Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello)
