Key Responsibilities
- Membantu dalam proses rekrutmen dan pemenuhan manpower
- Mengelola administrasi karyawan termasuk kontrak, absensi, dan cuti
- Menangani general affairs seperti mess, kendaraan, dan fasilitas site
- Menggunakan Microsoft Excel untuk data dan laporan
- Mengelola database karyawan dan BPJS
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Psikologi, Manajemen SDM, Hukum, Administrasi, atau jurusan terkait
- Pengalaman 1–2 tahun di bidang HRGA, diutamakan di kontraktor pertambangan
- Pengalaman dalam open project atau persiapan pembukaan site baru
- Menguasai Microsoft Office, terutama Excel
