Key Responsibilities
- Melakukan kunjungan toko sesuai area coverage
- Menata display produk sesuai standar perusahaan
- Memastikan ketersediaan stok dan melaporkan OOS
- Melakukan monitoring harga dan program promosi produk
- Memasang dan memastikan POSM terpasang dengan baik
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pemilik toko dan pihak outlet
Requirements
- Wanita dengan pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Merchandiser atau posisi terkait
- Kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
- Memahami penataan display produk dan FIFO
- Mampu menghitung stok dan membuat reporting melalui aplikasi
