Key Responsibilities
- Menerapkan standar senyum, sapa, dan salam kepada tamu
- Menanyakan jumlah orang dan memeriksa reservasi atau status membership
- Membimbing tamu ke meja yang sesuai dan membantu menarikkan kursi
- Mencatat dan mengatur antrean jika restoran sedang penuh
- Menjawab telepon masuk dan mencatat reservasi
- Mengkoordinasikan meja dengan server/waiter dan mengucapkan terima kasih saat tamu meninggalkan outlet
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK, lebih diutamakan dari Jurusan Tata Boga/Perhotelan/Pariwisata
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Store Crew/Kasir/Greeter/Waiters di FnB
- Dapat bekerja secara tim atau individu
- Bersedia bekerja dalam shifting, hari libur, dan lembur apabila diperlukan
