About Our Client: Our client is a company that specializes in providing innovative formwork and scaffolding systems, solutions, and services in all areas of construction. Position Overview: As an Engineering Coordinator, you will be the main contact for ensuring project requirements and customer expectations are met. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creation of safe and efficient formwork and scaffolding designs that meet all standards. Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget while meeting quality standards. Coordinate with various teams for smooth execution. Mentor Junior Engineers and team members, encouraging teamwork and growth. Perform structural analysis to ensure designs are safe and meet standards. Ensure high-quality work within the team and maintain these standards with clients. Approve designs and calculations to ensure they meet standards. Oversee and schedule tasks for the team to ensure timely completion. Find and apply ways to improve design processes and efficiency. Resolve technical issues faced by team members. Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering. At least 5 years of construction experience, preferably in scaffolding and formwork systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar). Fluent in English Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience leading a design team. Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
