Key Responsibilities
- Menangani pertanyaan pasien melalui telepon, chat, email, dan channel lainnya
- Menyelesaikan masalah atau keluhan pasien
- Memberikan informasi jadwal dokter dan slot dokter
- Membantu pasien membuat janji temu dokter
- Melakukan follow up mengenai case pasien
- Mencatat dan melaporkan data di system
Requirements
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun dalam bidang yang sesuai
- Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan kemampuan beradaptasi
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office dan familiar dengan CRM dan alat komunikasi lainnya
