Lead a field collection team to meet performance targets
Manage and coach a field collection team, ensuring accounts are distributed correctly, KPIs are met, and performance reports are prepared. Monitor quality control results and assess risks to business operations. Work in Bangkalan, Pamekasan, Sampang, and Sumenep.
