Lead a field collection team to meet performance targets
Oversee the distribution of accounts to field collectors, ensure KPI understanding, review QC results, and prepare performance reports. Coordinate coaching and monitor collection strategies in Bangkalan, Pamekasan, Sampang, and Sumenep.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Field Collection Team Leader or Supervisor
- Diploma (D3) degree from any field
- Strong knowledge of the collection process
- Leadership skills and ability to build and lead a team
- Ability to read and analyze collection reports
- Understanding of control, monitoring, and coaching functions
