Our community of engineers works on real projects, from evals and RL environments to training data for frontier models. Who we’re looking for Software, data, AI/ML, infrastructure, security, design, QA and product. Experienced or just starting out, fresh graduates are welcome. If you work in tech or are building your career in it, we’d love to meet you. How it works 1. Apply in a few minutes with your real details and links. 2. We review your profile and send you a short technical assessment. 3. Once you pass, you join our pool and hear from us when a project fits your skills. Joining the pool doesn’t mean immediate work, since matching depends on what our clients need and on each profile. But we’re always working to match everyone in our pool with the right project. Please note that eligibility may vary depending on your location, as some regions may not be supported by the client.
