Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and update IT policies, procedures, guidelines, and technical documentation
- Support IT Governance and IT General Control (ITGC) implementation, including User Access Management, Change Management, IT Operations, and
- Document business processes, identify risks and controls, and prepare control matrices
- Support IT audit and compliance activities by preparing supporting documentation and audit evidence
- Assist in IT risk assessments, IT maturity assessments, and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
- Prepare professional reports, meeting minutes, analytical documents, and project presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT projects as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Project Manager, Quality Assurance, Technical Writer, IT
- Experience in IT Policy, IT Governance, IT General Control (ITGC), IT Audit, or IT Compliance projects
- Good understanding of SDLC methodologies, particularly Agile and Waterfall
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and standards such as COBIT, ISO/IEC 27001, and ITIL
- Understanding of IT risk management, control mapping, control matrices, and audit documentation
