Key Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding and implementation process for enterprise clients, ensuring seamless integration of Coupa's platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor spend management solutions to clients' specific requirements.
- Provide strategic guidance and best practices to clients, maximizing the value they derive from Coupa's AI-driven insights.
- Drive client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and support.
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise software implementation, ideally within spend management or a related field.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understanding of AI and machine learning technologies as applied to spend analysis and optimization.
