Remote-friendly position with flexibility to work from home while serving clients throughout the Nashville area Opportunity to handle a diverse personal injury caseload, including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability matters Competitive base salary plus contingency-based earning opportunities Performance-based bonus program Comprehensive benefits package Supportive team environment with experienced legal professionals Direct client interaction and meaningful courtroom experience Autonomy to manage cases while receiving administrative and litigation support Job Details Responsibilities Represent clients in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accident and slip-and-fall claims Conduct legal research and case investigations to develop effective litigation strategies Gather, review, and analyze evidence supporting client claims Interview clients, witnesses, medical providers, and expert witnesses Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel Manage a full caseload from intake through resolution Handle all aspects of litigation when necessary, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation Appear at hearings, mediations, depositions, arbitrations, and trials Provide clients with regular updates and legal guidance throughout the life of their cases Collaborate with legal support staff to ensure efficient and effective case management Qualifications Active Tennessee law license and good standing with the Tennessee Bar Prior experience handling personal injury matters Demonstrated success negotiating settlements and litigating cases Strong knowledge of Tennessee personal injury law and civil procedure Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to independently manage a substantial caseload Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Client-centered approach and commitment to achieving favorable outcomes Strong analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Percentage-based compensation opportunities tied to settlements obtained on handled matters Performance-based bonus program 401(k) with company matching Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Interested in hearing more?
