Monitor and evaluate the execution of tasks for overseas projects, analyze reasons for missed targets, identify discrepancies in field reports, and provide recommendations to management. This role involves acting as a bridge between field teams and central management, ensuring smooth project progression.

- Ability to analyze project reports and identify issues
- Communication skills, attention to detail, and structured approach
