Record financial transactions in the accounting system
Record financial transactions in the accounting system, create transaction journals and adjustments, reconcile bank accounts, assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports, and verify receivables, payables, and operational expenses. Ensure all transactions comply with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Record financial transactions in the accounting system
- Create transaction journals and adjustments, and post to the general ledger
- Reconcile bank accounts and match cash and company account balances
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports
- Verify receivables, payables, and operational expenses
- Ensure all transactions comply with accounting standards and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Accounting
- Understanding of accounting basics and financial reporting
- Familiarity with journal processes, general ledger, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with accounting software (Accurate is a plus)
