Lead and oversee a collection team to achieve company targets. Develop collection strategies, monitor team performance, and handle escalated cases. Ensure processes follow SOP and company policies. Analyze overdue payments and coordinate with relevant departments.

Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in collection
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Head
- Leadership and team management skills
- Understanding of collection processes, strategies, and debt management
- Data analysis, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with targets and make timely decisions
