Your Role As a Remote Client Representative, you will work with clients who have requested information about their benefits and coverage options. You will identify their needs, provide clear guidance, and deliver a professional and supportive experience. Client Support Conduct virtual appointments by Zoom and phone Answer questions about available benefits and coverage options Explain products and services clearly and professionally Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates Provide timely follow-up and ongoing customer support Build trusted, long-term client relationships Maintain accurate client records and documentation Training and Career Development Participate in ongoing virtual training and personalized coaching Strengthen your communication, leadership, and customer service skills Learn industry products, systems, and best practices Collaborate with a supportive, performance-focused remote team Grow through mentorship, professional development, and demonstrated results
