Kansas City, Missouri (United States) Are you someone who enjoys talking with people, answering questions, and helping others find solutions? Were currently adding new team members to our remote client services team. This position is centered around providing a professional and helpful experience to individuals and families who are looking for information about their available benefit options. Youll communicate with clients virtually, guide them through the process, and remain available to assist them with future service needs. No previous industry experience is necessary. We provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you learn the position and develop professionally. A Typical Day Your day will consist primarily of connecting with clients through scheduled phone calls and online meetings. Each conversation is an opportunity to understand what the client needs and provide clear, helpful information. Your responsibilities will include: Hosting scheduled phone and video appointments Speaking with new clients about their needs and priorities Reviewing available benefit programs and coverage information Answering questions in a clear and professional manner Providing assistance throughout the application process Supporting clients with enrollment and required documentation Helping current clients with benefit reviews, updates, and service requests Following up after appointments when additional assistance is required Maintaining organized and accurate client records Building trusted relationships through consistent communication Participating in virtual training, coaching, and team development Who Would Be a Good Fit?
