Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability findings
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and validate design decisions
- Ensure the consistency and quality of the visual design and user experience across all digital platforms
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design quality
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to improve designs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines
