Key Responsibilities
- Menyusun dan menjalankan strategi trade marketing untuk meningkatkan penjualan, distribusi, dan visibilitas produk
- Merencanakan program promosi untuk distributor, retailer, General Trade (GT), dan Modern Trade (MT)
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Sales & Marketing untuk campaign, product launching, dan aktivitas offline
- Melakukan market visit/store visit untuk memantau produk, harga, display, promosi, dan kompetitor
- Mengelola distribusi material promosi (POSM) dan anggaran trade marketing
- Membuat laporan, evaluasi, dan rekomendasi program trade marketing
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Marketing, Manajemen, Bisnis, Komunikasi, atau bidang terkait
- Pengalaman 12 tahun di bidang Trade Marketing, Sales Marketing, Channel Marketing, atau bidang terkait
- Memahami channel GT, MT, distributor, retailer, serta aktivitas promosi dan merchandising
