Key Responsibilities
- Mengawasi operasional outlet dan melaporkan ke Area Manager
- Menangani keluhan dan menyelesaikan masalah
- Memastikan kebersihan, kerapian, dan kualitas tetap terjaga
- Membuat laporan harian tentang shift, stok, dan penjualan
- Melakukan kontrol stok bahan baku, peralatan, dan perlengkapan outlet
- Mengatur shifting dan berkoordinasi dengan tim untuk mencapai target
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK, diutamakan D3/S1 Perhotelan/Manajemen Retail
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Supervisor di F&B/Retail
- Mampu bekerja dalam sistem shift dan di hari libur
- Memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan dan komunikasi yang baik
- Mengerti dasar-dasar pelayanan pelanggan
