Manage procurement processes from order to delivery
Oversee the procurement process, from sourcing suppliers to ensuring timely delivery of goods. You'll handle supplier negotiations, order tracking, and administrative tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute procurement processes from request to order placement
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiating prices, quality, and delivery times
- Monitor order status and ensure goods are received as specified
- Manage purchase administration, including creating purchase orders and updating records
- Coordinate with suppliers and relevant departments to ensure smooth procurement processes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience as a purchasing staff or procurement specialist (garment industry preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
- Experience in communication and negotiation with external parties
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
