- Manage customer database and reply to customer messages through the CRM system
- Conduct inbound sales to customers and confirm orders

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in telemarketing
- Fluently written or spoken in English
- High school, D3, or S1 education from all majors
- Can operate MS Office, Excel, and spreadsheets well
- Familiar with CRM
- Have good communication skills and business understanding
