- Memantau operasional harian Sortation Center
- Memastikan semua fungsi berjalan sesuai SOP
- Melakukan perencanaan manpower sesuai fluktuasi volume harian
- Memantau produktivitas tim, kapasitas, dan peralatan
- Melakukan briefing dengan tim mengenai laporan dan implementasi 5S
Requirements
- Memiliki ijazah SMA/SMK, Diploma, atau Gelar Sarjana
- Memiliki pengalaman 2-3 tahun di bidang Logistik
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan kepemimpinan yang baik
