Design scalable eSIM solutions for global travelers using cloud platforms
As a Solutions Architect at Airalo, you will design and implement scalable eSIM solutions to support global travelers accessing mobile data in 200+ countries. You will work with cross-functional teams to build reliable, secure systems that enable seamless connectivity. Your output will directly contribute to a product used by millions of travelers daily, aligning with Airalo’s mission to simplify travel through technology.

Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable eSIM architecture to support global mobile data access
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement connectivity solutions
- Ensure system reliability and security for users across 200+ countries
- Translate traveler needs into technical solutions for eSIM provisioning
- Maintain and improve existing infrastructure for performance and scalability
- Document architectural decisions and guide implementation best practices
Requirements
- Experience designing cloud-based systems for global scale
- Proficiency in networking, APIs, and distributed systems
- Strong communication skills for async and meeting collaboration in English
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment
- Understanding of telecom or mobile connectivity principles
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and DevOps practices
