Serve as a Mandarin-speaking point of contact for client services
Act as the primary contact for client services, providing Mandarin consultations, bridging communication between clients and the company, translating documents, and managing confidential company documents. Work involves handling client inquiries, maintaining professional communication, and following company training protocols.
