- Develop scalable backend services using Django and Django REST Framework

- Optimize performance through caching strategies and database tuning with PostgreSQL and potentially NoSQL

Requirements
- 5+ years of production experience with Django
- Proven open-source contributions
- Deep understanding of Celery, distributed messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and asynchronous processing
- Proficiency with Git, shell, and scripting (Bash/Python)
- Experience with containerization and cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Clean-code mindset
