Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions or GitLab CI. Manage Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform/Terragrunt and operate Kubernetes clusters (EKS, GKE, AKS, on-prem). Collaborate with customers on architecture discussions and incident debugging while contributing to internal startup projects during hacktime.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
- Manage Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform/Terragrunt from green-field to brown-field
- Operate and tune Kubernetes clusters (AWS EKS, GKE, AKS or on-prem)
- Introduce GitOps workflows with ArgoCD or FluxCD
- Build observability stack with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry
- Operate distributed services like Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis within Kubernetes
Requirements
- First hands-on experience with a major cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure or similar)
- Solid Git, Linux, and shell know-how
- Learning hunger and curiosity: eager to try new tools and share knowledge openly
- Team spirit, communication skills (German or English) and courage to ask questions
